Hi, I’m Paul.

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Florida State University. As an applied researcher, I am highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in processing and analyzing extensive datasets.

My research is predominantly focused on Applied Microeconomics with a focus in Education, Health, and Public Policy. You can find a copy of my resume below, or feel free to contact me with any questions.

10 years in Finance

From 2007 - 2015, I worked in financial services where I held a number of positions with high profile companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, SS&C GlobeOp, and First Quadrant LP. My experience includes compiling, analyzing, and interpreting large economic and financial data.

 

9 years in Applied Reserach

My salient past research experience includes working as an RA at CSU Fullerton where I examined the complexity of college major requirements on educational outcomes, at the Milken Institute where I co-authored their Global Opportunities Index, and as a Graduate Researcher at Florida State University.

 

6 years in Teaching

Since the Fall of 2018, I have been regularly teaching undergraduate-level economics courses both in the Face-to-Face and Online environment.
